About Us

Larry grew up on Long Island, New York.  He attended the University of Delaware where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Percussion Performance. Larry is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and he served his undergraduate chapter as Rush Chairman and Vice-President.  Larry moved to Baltimore in 1994 to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law where he obtained his juris doctorate in 1997.  He became a member of the Maryland Bar that same year and became a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia in 1998.  Professionally Larry is active in the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice.  Larry is married to his wife Ellen, also a U of D graduate and has three children.
